assassin's creed 4 black flag not working

step 1:- first of all install assassin's creed 4 black flag 

step 2:- then close all application open 

step 3:- than install net frame work 4 if you don't have download it 

download link of net framework 4:-  http://www.mediafire.com/download/cacljoa1a77u4k5/NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe

step 4:- than install directx11 if you don't have it download it or you can get it from resist folder in assassin's creed black folder install it via net 

step 5:- than open assassin's creed 4 black flag 

FIRSTLY it will show you black screen just wait for 2 or 3 minutes than 

BINGO!!!!! NOW YOU CAN PLAY IT
